Cycle Length: 12 weeks
Compound: Testosterone Enanthate
• Dose: 250mg/week (split into 2 injections, e.g., 125mg Monday and Thursday)
• Weeks 1–8
Weeks 8-12
Dose 500mg/week (250mg monday, thursday)
Aromatase Inhibitor (AI)
Arimidex (Anastrozole)
• Start at 0.25 mg every other day from Week 2
• Adjust based on estrogen symptoms (bloating, gyno, mood swings) and bloodwork if available
• Taper off in the last week before PCT starts
Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)
Start PCT 14 days after last Test E injection (Week 15)
Clomid
• 50 mg/day Weeks 15–18
Nolvadex (Tamoxifen)
• 40 mg/day Weeks 15–16
• 20 mg/day Weeks 17–18
Some use just Nolvadex, but combining with Clomid is often more effective for full recovery.
Supplements to support health on cycle
NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) (600–1,200 mg/day)
Milk Thistle (optional, 300–600 mg/day, less effective than TUDCA or NAC)
Omega-3 Fish Oil (2–3 grams EPA/DHA per day)
CoQ10 (100–200 mg/day)
Citrus Bergamot (500–1,000 mg/day for cholesterol support)
Garlic extract (for blood pressure)
Saw Palmetto (especially if sensitive to DHT from Winstrol/Test)
