I already pointed out his skull flatness which is non Black. He is at best Latino looking and he doesn't even have nappy hair or prognathism. Compare his face to the actual Black dude doing the commentary:

The ape thing is debatable. Facially they have very different skulls from apes, and closest to the gay alien shape, with an egg shaped neurocranium and rounded occipital bone (as opposed to the flat shape of apes). They have weak brows with bulbous foreheads, which is not ape like at all. They have shallow set eyes as a result of weak brow which are both the opposite of apes. They also have full lips, in fact the fullest of any humans, which again diverges from apes the most. Not only that, their limb structure is the furthest from apes with their gracile long legged bodybuild.

What could be considered ape like is their nose shape though. That's pretty much it. It's not as if other humans don't have ape features. Whites have heavy brows and body hair, Asians have more ape like proportions bodily.
