I had a blood test done a few months ago, my test came back at 750ng/dl, but my SHBG was off the top of the reference range, giving my a low free test. Is it over? Should i start taking T?

Only thing I could find that might help was boron. It reduces SHBG but haven’t found anything concrete yet, i take it anyway tho
