There have been studies done u literally gain more muscle without training while roiding than if u were to train natty with good diet. Why doesnt everyone on here just roid. Look at @Clavicular he literally drinks and probably barely trains and still has insane physique or TOGI

True i hit the gym 1 or 2 times a week and still look better than most people there its hilarious i can also do more weight despite working out so little :forcedsmile:

True, Test, HGH and other roids mog every natty trainer in existence, @Clavicular went from having a subhuman frame to a really good one, you can see many other people that used roids in a smart way and got amazing results, like Arnold shwarzneger ,Mike tyson, Richard ramirez, David laid etc.. you get the point, roids will chang your hormones, and changing your hormones is LIFE, especially if you are in your teenage years. Everyone should roid.

togi made the change because he was taking high doses and clocked in for that time and also before as a natty.

That study is you’re mentioning isn’t accounting for the glycogen bump you get when hopping on and says it is lean mass. Look at togi for example he tripled his cycle and got smaller because he didn’t lift.

he had a good frame and muscle insertions, if you look at his before, its just that his frame filled out. He could've gotten to where he is natty with longer training for his genetics. He just treamedlined the process with half assed serious training and gear

This is cope. He already trained for a year or more naturally. No chance he would get close naturally. Your insertions and frame does not equal how quickly you’ll gain muscle naturally or enhanced for that matter.

No way in hell he can get that naturally. Only the top 0.01 percentiles maybe, but even then I don’t think so. He does have very good insertions though. Delts already look capped and round natty

gear will get you to your natty peak faster and allow you to surpass the limit as well, He has not passed his limit since he simply just fucks around. He couldve gotten there naturally with long term natty hard core training.

Your proportions and frame don’t determine how big you’ll grow jfl. Just how good you’ll look at the end of the day. I can tell that he’s already surpassed his natty limit quite far based on how he looked natty with a decent amount of training already.

You’re overestimating the importance of training and fine tuning everything. It’s genetics and gear. Everything else makes up only 10 percent of it. Also don’t forget he’s on a lot of shit and he’s been roiding for a while now.
