hello, in this thread i will give you my full ascension plan. Tell me if I should add something or leave something , but pls know what you're talking about. My goal is getting a wider frame, getting more bones in face and being more masculine overall. (im 18 and 190cm)

before my cycle I would do bloodwork (idk if it's that important, but if it is I will, so tell me)

CYCLE A (16weeks)
  • tret 10mg/day
  • oral minox 2.5mg/day
  • TEST E :
    • start: 250 mg (2weeks)
    • 350mg (8weeks)
    • 400mg (6weeks)
      • I will prob change this after seeing how my body reacts on 250mg
  • magnesium 400mg/day
  • min 1L of (raw) milk/day
  • 4000IU - 6000IU vit d3 + K2 /day
  • aromasin by hand if E2 is too high, if so low dose aromasin (you don't want to nuke E2)
  • dextrose(100g) + raw milk during workouts
  • boron and selenium supps
  • maybe some fish oil for EPA and DHA (don't know if it's really needed)
during this cycle I will prob get bloodwork every 6weeks? idk, i need to talk to doctor for this


cruise for 8 weeks on 200mg

CYCLE B (16weeks)
  • everything the same besides i'm adding hgh
  • first week 4IU/day
  • second week 5IU/day
  • third week 6IU/day
  • after that i might up it to 8IU but I will see how my body reacts on hgh and get maybe bloodwork before doing so.
  • glucose monitor to keep blood sugar in range, i alr have one but need to do some more research
okay, this was it. I think this cycle can give me more bones and maybe a little bit of height
the calcium from the (raw) milk will synergise with the vit 3+ K2, the magnesium will also help and ofcourse HGH + test will give me more bones.
lemme know what you think of this cycle!
 
Seems legit, for me I wouldn’t take test and try to Maximize my natrual test since we are young. And would reduce the chances of acne and hair loss. But everyone has different plans. Good luck bro happy ascension

id do the entire first cycle with 250 test and cruise on 150 after, we all wanna be sikkunts but take your time with gear no point doing it when you're left crying bc you've lost it all due to blasting too much and running into health comps soon after starting

Nigger just add tren in micro dose 1.2mg/per kg of body weight
