I think this is where a lot of people go wrong when roiding.

They justify eating + sleeping like shit while disregarding cardio and just dgaf because "Ill grow anyways"
But in reality these shit lifestyle practice come back to bite you 10x harder in the end because youre more metabolically fragile

By viewing it as a disability you supercompensate and probably end up with better health than if you never started to begin with assuming doses stay moderate
