Mk677: 15 mg ed before bed
exemestane: 6.25 mg ed or eod
Proviron: 25 mg ed

But I’m wondering if I should add 20 mg of anavar or replace the Proviron with var completely also just any recommendations?

Don’t use steroids without a test base and anavar isn’t a puberty max.

just take some test in any way shape or form either injections or gels and shit. Injections are best but you need some amount. Thats it. Anavar should be used later when you're older, and I cant remember bout proviron for that young because Im 16.5 but yeah. Some testosterone. Check out the trt subreddit wiki for some options
