I use hcg it doesn't grow them back to the full original size but it keeps them at like 60% when you are on cycle maybe some other guys can talk about it also. If you use roids your balls won't be like before especially on higher dose test for most people

idk Ilya Nidilko told me that balls can not be atrophied irreversably. Even someone who blasted 17 years non stop managed to restore his balls with hcg and get children
even if your balls are already atrophied to some degree, you can get them back to normal size with hcg with no issues

John cena physique is not ideal for most girls. He looks good and as someone who likes bodybuilding it’s definitely impressive but girls generally prefer peak natty lean or fake Natty physiques. Obviously girls have preferences and plenty of girls will like John’s physique but for the widest appeal you don’t need that much muscle
