People that are already roidmaxxing aka are on at least test.
Are you not worried about having to rely for the rest of your life on injectable testosterone as you might not be able to recover your original natural test levels even after a pct?

Or are you not worried about how much it affects your fertility? I know hcg or hmg do help but still fertility is very much affected on gear. Also there is rumour on guys that blasted gear that even if they get a girl pregnant most of the time they have daughters for some reason, so lower chances of having a son.

unless your blasting like a retard with no PCT or your just unlucky your balls wont stop working, IDK about how it effects your fertility

I mean yeah a 3 months cycle won’t shut you down forever but doing that is also pointless the post is more directed to ppl that blast and cruise or at least are on a trt dose for years.

After 30 you should go on TRT and low dose HGH regardless.

Your test levels start to dip ( will probably happen earlier for our generation due to all the shit in the environment) and HGH has good properties for skin, bone health, fat loss ect.

test doesn’t have to decrease if you continue healthy habits though, when it was tested comparing healthy 20 year olds to healthy 50-70 year olds it went from 1500-1200 ng/dl which is such a small change it could happen within a day, same for hgh though that will obviously decrease after puberty

Send the study where the decrease was that low, and the fact that those levels are very high (99th percentile)

1500 is higher than most reference ranges nowadays and probably TRT+ levels.

here’s the link: https://academic.oup.com/ejendo/article-abstract/168/2/227/6659648?redirectedFrom=fulltext
This is a summary of each period that was tested but essentially 50 years ago the top 95 percentile for 25 year olds was 1276 and top 95 percentile for 65 year olds was 1189 so basically no change

Why don’t you look at the averages instead of the probable outliers and this study proves my point as well.

Serum testosterone level decreased in men aged 60–69 years from 21.9 nmol/l (men born 1913–1922) to 13.8 nmol/l (men born 1942–1951). These decreases remained significant following adjustment for BMI.

The more recently born Finnish men have lower testosterone levels than their earlier born peers. This study offers no explanation for this substantial recent adverse development.

Doesn’t this prove my point of how environment is fucking up hormones.

average = unhealthy even 50 years ago, when you look at the top 5% you’re looking at people that are actively taking care of themselves versus the people that let themselves go with age.

I never claimed environment wasn’t fucking up hormones, I was telling you that you can maintain high test levels into your 60s which is double the age you claimed you should be hopping on test at. I don’t actually have a problem with hopping on test as most people don’t have time to keep their test high but saying that “you have to because test lowers significantly with age” is a $1.75 billion lie made up by TRT companies.

Buddy, the outliers just probably have very strong superior genetics that can withstand all the shit in the environment regardless. Also your natty test levels in general are determined by genetics unless you’re extremely unhealthy ( very obese, insomnia level sleep ect)

Anyways, this study wasn’t that good and it’s inconclusive. I’ll send you some more genuine evidence for what I’m saying.

Also you can keep track of how your test levels are with blood work. Then you can see if you’ll need it or not,

you’re not arguing your original point either way, you were first claiming that test decreased with age and then you quoted the part of the study where it said that people of the same age have different test levels.

yeah as I said hop on test if you want, I probably will at some point too. Whatever point you’re at genetically you can always improve some aspect of test production to at least get into the top 1% in any age bracket that’s all I’m trying to say.

It decreases much more significantly when you convert the units than you suggested. Once again, you should look at the common trend within the study, not extreme examples.

Serum testosterone levels decreased (from 25.3 nmol/l in 25- to 29-year-old men gradually to 16.9 nmol/l in 70- to 74-year-old men),

You should always check your blood work tbh.

But natural increases in test would mainly help with mood, motivation and maybe sex drive. It won’t give you crazy improvements in the gym or increase dimorphism.
