I mean yeah u can run couple cycles and gym like u always do. But imagine actually having very clean diet and training consistently. Using good pre workout etc. Planning ur meals. And having very good quality sleep. On top of that U train very efficiently optimizing ur natty workout habits.

If u do all these and request a bloodwork. Your physique will be unstoppable even post cycle. Most people who run cycles, end up feeling like shit, with average results and they retain not a lot from the cycle. U are literally extremely low IQ if U run a cycle, risking ur hormones and organs, just to run it like a dumbass without optimization of different habits. Sleep training, diet.

Roids are only worth it if U know what u are doing. Otherwise not worth risking ur health for shitty gains.

Staying natty is ultra dumb. Cuz one it'll take ages before U look like u lift in clothes. And two, no impressive physique on social media is actually natty. Keep that in mind. All sick physique are roided.
