If you train right and consistently with good methodology for 5 years you can walk into any room anywhere on the planet and mog every guy there. You will be known as the Jacked guy. I've just been lifting for 10 months and have doing it like trash but I've been consistent, worked hard, eaten a lot and now I physiquemog everyone in my high school. Not even roidmaxxxers will mog you if you gymcel natty for a few hears because most of them can't train right, eat right, recover right+ roids fuck up your aesthetics if you use them poorly (which most roidmaxxxxxers do). My humble opinion. People underestimate what can be achieved naturally because they suck at training, eating and sleeping.

mate, if i lean down right now i wont look as impressive in clothes. lemme build up a solid base of muscle first, and THEN ill go to 12% body fat so i can look like i lift in a shirt. why is this important? male gaze, and also foids love a guy thats muscular (and not a twink). maybe if i was a prettyboy fag i could rock a skinny physique but i dont have the facilities for that big man.

also the guy is literally trains for strength. he just does big compound movements for low reps with minimal bodybuilding training. if he focused on hypertrophy training and leaned he'd mog super hard.

Absolutely true tho. I’m 14%bf rn and I went from sub5 skinny fat mfs to mogging 90% of guys in my school and the difference in treatment is staggering. I haven’t even trained for a year straight and it was very inconsistent due to schoolwork and not having a gym membership(I only trained with calisthenics) and people will absolutely notice.

Fuck training for strength if you ain’t gonna be a legit powerlifting competitor, and you’ll need steroids for that too. Strength is just a happy byproduct of training regularly, not something you should actively seek if you don’t want to destroy your joints.
Training should be purely for aesthetics and health, anything else is just a fortunate byproduct

You can be a natural strength athlete too. Strength and size is interchangeable until the advanced stage anyways. But he specialises in strength and doesn't care about aesthetics.

Well yes but keep in mind that training for strength is a good way to become bigger. No one who benches 225, 315 or 405 will be small. He just took it too far.

Some people do. Strength and size are not that correlated. Getting bigger means more strength capacity nothing more.

It's both neurology and muscle, but a stronger muscle is a bigger muscle and vice versa. Strength being purely neurological is impossible. All elite strength elites are massive, discounting a handful who have excellent neurological adaptation and leverages, but those tend to always be in the smallest weight classes.

Because mass increases your strength capacity. You can be hella strong while skinny but your strength is capped. You need to get bigger to increase that capacity. A bigger muscle is a stronger muscle but the inverse is absolutely not true. If it was, no one smaller than me would ever be stronger than me but it just doesn’t work like that.

A stronger muscle is a bigger muscle most of the time because to move more weight you need to have bigger muscles. Hence for all practical purposes increasing your strength could boost your muscle size.
