What if i starve and blast roids

and roiding during ramadan was a great way to save me strength and gains
So it’ll preserve muscle, good to know thanks

if you have no natty base theres no point
and also it will mostly preserve weight if you starve so don't starve it's dumb
i do it because it's ramadan

i wanna start my first 500mg test only blast in a few weeks

160lb / 6'4 and with around 13bf%
i have some muscles but i still wanna gain much during first blast but also stay this lean or even get leaner (9-10%) for summer

How do u think i should do that?

Im not tracking calories rn
should I maintain or eat ca. 200cal surplus and will I still stay lean?

for my second blast Ill add other compounds and will do a 300-500cal bulk

13% gives u pretty good margin to allow some fat gain tbf
your basal metabolic rate on roids will greatly increase you should aim 3.5 4k

if I were you I'd bulk for a month
lift 6 times a week break every pr but keep high volume

then you can get leaner for summer

I remember when cutting from 80kg down to 70 I ate 2200cal
4k would be to much ig
I try to eat very nutrient dense food so I think I ca get all the nutrients from a lower cal diet no?

Also u think I should start with 500mg? Or start lower and up the dosage every week?

If u say to bulk for a month I don’t wanna waste time with trt dosages jfl
 
Throw your money down the toilet to simulate this experience.
