Na, licenses are bs, people have the right to reproduce since it is a natural thing to do, instead people should be responsible enough to not breed if there genes are so subhuman. Eugenics don't usually work that well either, since genes are very random. When gene editing finally becomes a thing only, will large scale eugenics be possible.

Eliminating diseases is pretty much impossible, gene editing can also lead to many new problems, so yeah subhuman's will still continue to exist in the far future as well. Even in one family there can be a sub5 and htn. I don't think it will ever be possible to get rid of sub5's from the gene pool.

I agree, a good example of gene randomization, was a friend of my father, he was 6,1 pale with brown hair and green eyes, while his parents were both brown with light brown eyes.
