Rosacea and whitening strips for my teeth

so ive been having rosacea for the past 5 years, and my teeth are also having a shade of yellow its not a hard yellow but a light shade but it still irritates me, what can i do to improve both the rosacea and the teeth.
I wanted to buy some whitening strips but dont rlly know if theyre cope or not, and if not for how long could i use them to fast forward my progress without really hurting the teeth badly to the point it gives me hard pains.
