How do I clear rosacea ??? i’ve had this redness on my face for years and it’s annoying af

the most efficacious medication is topical soolantra (ivermectin). It's prescription only.

Rosacea is brutal bro, especially with the bumps.

My current regimen, highly effective, I've had a 90% decrease in how often I get flushes and overall texture improved like crazy in only 8 weeks.

Morning: Face wash => 20% azelaic acid => SPF 20 mins later

Evening: Face wash => Soolantra 1% ivermectin

Probably swapping the Soolantra out with twice per day azelaic acid in another 8 weeks since soolantra really is only for demodex mites/bumps, but azelaic acid actually mogs harder when it comes to evening out skin texture + being anti-inflammatory.

Either way, soolantra and prescription strength azelaic acid are gonna be your 2 strongest weapons against rosacea, sadly accutane doesn't cure it, only the acne.

i don’t have the bumps but isn’t rosacea a gut problem ? i’ve tried a bunch of skincare products and they don’t do jack. I’ve seen ppl fix their diet and heal their gut and their skin clear up .

Dude, no. People LOVE the hollistic "muh nature, my gut, my diet" cope, they do this even with fucking cancer, saying no sugar = cancer cells stop spreading. You can extrapolate this to so many things like, "bro my mom fed me soyslop and now im recessed" meanwhile there are giga moggers with life--time of shit diets, they just cannot accept genetics rule all. Us with rosacea are cursed with dogshit skin genetics, and now you go to the cope of "diet" and "gut", nope, your genetics suck so you have rosacea, you will not cure it by changing diets.

The truth is, there are 600LBS ogres on that TLC show with better skin than any of us, do they fucking fucking take care of their guts or health? Obviously not, so no.

Rosacea is typically caused by demodex mites and other inflammatory pathways, you will not magically cure your rosacea by switching dies, you have to actually use pharmaceuticals. "tried a bunch of skincare products" sounds like you're bullshitting me. You can only cure real skin issues with prescription strength drugs not shit you order from Amazon, for acne and insane oil production it would be accutane, for rosacea you have to hit 20% azelaic acid and soolantra which are both prescription-only (just order online with no doctor, easy as fuck) due to the anti-demodex properties in the ivermectin.

Things that can exacerbate your rosacea: Alcohol and spicy food.
Things that you can do diet--wise to magically cure rosacea: 100 L gas tank of pure copium

Did the 20% azelaic acid help to reduce your baseline redness? I do not flush that much, but the persistent redness is easily on my face. Are all azelaic acid brands the same or do I just need to focus on the concentration amount.

Did you also try IPL? I had a course of 6 but it did nothing for my rosacea, I'm thinking of getting PDL, but if the azelaic acid works as you say I might just follow your routine instead of potentially spending hundreds per session for no guaranteed result.

I am planning on all the laser treatments later on at a clinic, but for now im just doing the azelaic acid 20% (skinoren brand) + soolantra, and yes the concentration matters a lot, if you use the 10 or even 15% strength azelaic acid, dont even bother.

Yes, flushing hasnt happened since and baseline redness is significantly improved
