Rosemary oil for eyelash growth ?

I used it on hair and it worked, apparently you can grow your eyelashes with them, but isnt applying on your eyelashes gonna rape your eyes ? Maybe on eyebrows would help with both brows and lashes ?

Or should I use something else

Can’t really show it, but just don’t tbh. It "kinda" grew my eyelashes like just a bit, but it also made my eyes look sunken with darker eye bags
