before u niggas start flaming me let me speak,
Before I came back to org i was always frying my brain watching short term content just endlessly scrolling on shit like tiktok, instagram reels and ect. even doe i still do it i barely use it compared to how much i used to (maybe like half an hour to an hour a day now when it used to be way more)
on org your not just endlessly scrolling your actually reading threads and shit,before the rot when i gooned that shit was lasting like 10 seconds cos my dopamine was so fried, but now it lasts up to 5 minutes (depending on when i wanna nut)
but i definitely would like to decrease my org usage and find some better habits
