17 rn heres what im doing:

Face:
- Daily chewing mastic gum 1-6hrs
- Chin tucks 3x/failure for hyoid and neck muscles & 60x chin tucks for posture
- Towel pulling (idgaf its not cope; pulling food away from the mouth is part of the beauty quadrant and provides mechanical stimulus to the face bones)
- 1hr/day 35% carbamide peroxide to whiten teeth
- proper head & tongue posture. Proper chewing and swallowing
- Damon braces to fix tooth practically in the middle of my upper palate
- Growing out hair
- Bonesmashing zygos every ~4 days (whenever they arent sore)

Body:
- 4x-5x Upper/Lower Gym training
- Creatine, multivitamin, omega-3, magnesium, zinc, iron.
- 15min/day stretching to fix anterior pelvic tilt for posturemaxxing
- Healthy diet no sugar, no sweets, no school goyslop lunches.

In progress:
Figuring out how to fraud a wrist x-ray to check plates. Current best idea is to bruise my hand with a hammer enough to have an excuse to go to ER.
If plates are open at all im blasting 5IU/day HGH to heightmaxx and facial bone growth.

I wish i could post progress photos but the risk of getting found IRL is low but brutal.

Lmk if theres anything you would add/omit.

Chin tucks + stretching to fix my forward head posture & pelvic tilt seems pretty important.

Id argue stimulating the face bones & muscles through methods of the beauty quadrant (Chewing tough food and pulling it away) can have valuable results while facial sutures are open and the face is still developing during puberty.

cope

yes you will look bloated
Interesting, ill have a look into it.

I still think its worth my time to continue chewing as the muscles are likely underdeveloped due to the modern soft & processed diet.

Just like the girls that dont want to train upper body incase they get "too bulky" (which most men try to do their whole life), im not going to shy away from chewing just yet incase I look bloated. So far im seeing good results 1 month in.

Thanks for the tip tho ill make sure not to overdo it and look into masseter insertions

The lion says "cope" and refuses to elaborate JFL
what is there to elaborate on? the things you are typing out are wasted efforts, they will not do anything for you. but go ahead, waste your time and in a few months you will come back and realize "the lion" was correct. its okay, we were all there once.

Elaborate on why fixing posture is a cope. Body language communicates dominance, and no one is finding a nerd nerd attractive.

don't, if you intend to develop masseter muscles, chew hard foods not chewing all the time
