Morning - sleep until 8am to maximise sleeping hours, 2 minutes thumbpulling, 2 bonesmashing 1 hard mewing. Use Dr Squatch soap,
Night - cleanser, use retinol or peeling solution then moisturise
general - stay active, go bed on time, stretch each day, good diet
