Unless you have a good base with a compact midface and a good pheno, surgery probably wont change your life that much

Amnesia managed to reach male model tier with just 2 basic surgerys and softmaxxing, even tho he was ugly there is no doubt he had a good base and pheno

But take chestbrah for example: he has an horrible base, shitty height and awful pheno. No amount of surgery will ever turn him into a male model with huge sex appeal based on his face only. In this cases, RTT is the way to go. He slays like crazy on tinder, something he wouldnt be able to achieve with surgery(and spent way less). Ironically he is looking worse now that he is trying to surgerymaxx.

If you are ethnic and doesnt have a good base, forget surgery, just run RTT game, is the best for you
