Transplants work well if you have dense hair in the donor sites. And if that fails then get a hair system, I know a bald Arab guy who has one and he looks good, it's unnoticeable.

Yea I’m def getting a transplant if my hair ever goes bad, they’re cheap in turkey but I would rather do everything possible to keep what I have as well

It doesn't seem worth giving hours of effort applying 10 topical solutions and essential oils to your hair and microneedling it etc. If you have balding in your genes then your best bet is to use that time and effort working for extra money to pay for the transplant.

I think most opinions are mixed because people usually turn to ru58 cause finasteride/minoxidil is not working for them. Basically they are very prone to balding. In this case I guess ru58 often won’t help as well
