Ru58841 combined with Topical Min/Fin

Can i combine Ru58841 with Topical Fin/Min/Dut?

As of right now im applying Ru58841 then waiting 30 minutes for it to dry. Then applying Topical fin/min/dut.

Can i just combine the Ru58841 into my Topical custom formula which includes Topical fin/min/dut.

Just to clarify the Topical fin/min/dut is all in one bottle.

Why topical min/dut? Why not oral?
