at 18 u no longer need dht (assuming u hit puberty at a normal age), u can use dutasteride and ru58841 for ur hairloss

pretty sure thats dosage dependant, im only on ru atm so i dont know too much on dut, u should ask @chadisbeingmade or @SlayerJonas there more knowledgable on this topic

Try derma stamping and some oils, like Rosemary, nothing Crazy, and diet, but even then, go do a hair transplant, go visit Turkey and go It.
Its ez and not too expensive

Are you mentally challenged if he does a hair transplant but dht is still attacking his hair follicles it will still fall down no matter how many surgeries you do
