Literally I had money and gym,yet still didn't ascend despite knowing the bp. If I did one thing wrong,I would say " from Tommorow i am gonna fix it" yet that Tommorow never came and wasted 3 yrs on doomscrooling.
Moral:- there is no Tommorow and don't push urself driven by the idea " I will do it tommorow"
