I want to run 3200m in 12 minutes in 2 years. Is it that insane number as i think it is? I want to be able to run 20k in ok time to, so overall i need to improve my both longer and shorter distance endurance. Do you have any tips or should i just run?

fuck endurance running, you need to run for SPEED

What pyllometrics have to endurance?

I watched this guy. He say that i should focus on building aerobic base. It seems legit.

plyometrics are for athletes who want to increase speed and vertical jump
it also help if your changing speed from fast to slow or vice versa
its what basketball players do to become faster and jump higher

i know that, but i talk about endurance. My conclusion is basicly doing 1 more easy 3.5km run and next weak running slowly everyday to build that base.
 
I went from 24 minute 5k to 19 minute 5k in about a year (with a three month break in that timeframe). Your goal is more than reasonable. Build a strong aerobic base and slowly increase your mileage each week so as to not overtrain. At least two quality runs with interval training/sprinting or fartleks each week. Make sure to do core work and some lifts so you don't end up a skelly.

yeah im doing basic calisthenics. I need to test my actual pr at 3k. I feel like i can run it with ok time. I will start with building aerobic base fpr few months. At winter i will swim to not get out of shape. I belive that good times are possoble since endurance sports are mental af.

yeah 100%, huge mental battle. as long as you're consistently training, you will get better. good luck bro

Yeah, not being able to run in top tier time means that im completly out of shape.

No. It's not insane at all. You can achieve that, and more in 2 years if you train hard.

niedawno wróciłem. Ja chcę 12 minute na 3.2km

ja dopiero zacząłem biegać a jestem raczej srednio wysportowany i robię 3km w niecałe 15 minut, myśle ze 3 miesiące biegania codziennie i zrobisz w 12 na luzie

Training legs twice a week helped me gain muscle there and consequently get faster tbh. Don't neglect calves.

my whole legs are sore after run yesterday. Rn i will just keep on running slowly and building base and as well doing calisthenics
