Safe, Lowkey Hardmax Method for Getting Under Eye Support

I’ve been getting lots of information about the anatomy of the eye area, and i’ve tought about a certain method specificly for the under eye support cuz all the “just use some bullshit serum for your under eye fat pads” are just CRAP. You either move the sphenoid bone upwards and forwards which is impossible or get the back third of the maxilla higher which i think has at least some chance to work.

So the method is:
-Place your thumbs parallel to each other and right next to your first molar teeths (use 1 thumb and place it in the middle of your first molar teeths if you palate isnt wide enough for both thumbs.).

-you are gonna push directly upwards while resisting with your neck.

Do 3-5 sets max hold (with at least 90% force.) (it will hurt bad at first.) 2-3 times a day.
OR Do 1-2 max holds every 1-2 hours during the day.

That is only the method. You have to keep your toungue on your palate all day even when you are sleeping. Especially the back third of your tongue (learn how to activate the back third its the most important.). Your tongue will act as a natural retainer troughout the whole day.

The idea: this position has more then enough force to make the back part of the maxilla a little bit higher ( don’t forget, even 0.5-1mm will make a significantly visible diffrence.). !!!You have to keep your tongue on your palate troughout the day ofc!!! Or it will relapse!!!

Don’t forget, it will take a long time. Lets say ur 18 y.o, the current placement/shape of your bones are the way they are right now after 18 years of development!
Don’t expect to see significant changes after a week or even a month.

Just won’t work.
I like the idea but a lack of undereye support is caused by a general lack of bone in the orbital area, and adjusting the innermost and upper part of the zygomatic bones won’t just spawn new bones or even out that roundness.
Best bet to ascend under eyes is likely just wait and get fat grafts. But my under eyes are subhuman and I’m a sexhaver, so fix what you can and just live with that undereye failo until you can hardmaxx it.

Seriously, share your opinion in why do you think it wouldn’t work. Cuz i dont even know if it will, it just makes sense to me
