Safe to use minoxidil orally and topically?

ive been using topical minoxidil almost a year on my eyebrows. Id like to grow my eyelashes longer but the topical irritates my eyes. Id also like to keep using topical minoxidil on eyebrows. Can i do both?

Oral minoxidil is not safe, can literally cause sudden death with no warning.
Don't put minoxidil on your eyelashes, it will absorb into your eye and dilate the blood vessels in it causing damage.
Not worth to fuck with your eyes or heart for some meme.
