Safest PEDs for height growth at 19

I am currently 19 1/2 yo.
Been browsing the org about this, always some larpers giving similar, baseless answers, poor explanation.

If anyone has deeper knowledge or anecdotal evidence please educate me. Explain in detail if possible.

Looking for a PED/Combination of PEDs that won’t mess w my hair or hormones and help to grow while keeping risk as low as possible.
