Safi and Alfaro for bimax vs Ramieri and Raffaini

I'm a birdcel with decent upper third and facial depth + wide face from front but my recessed lower third hurts my looks really bad.


I've seen Anticel results with Safi and was kind of amazed , maybe the true 4 PSL to 5 PSL with bimax ( + cheek implants ) ascension.

On the other hand , only a few results from Ramieri were good and results seem more conservative with a 0.25 PSL ascension.

you shouldn't go just by results lol, they're heavily dependent on the patient and you have access to only 1% of bro's total cases

either way side profile is irelevent, all that matters is that it looks asthetically pleasing from the front which is what i want from a surgeron

in this case Raffaini and Ramieri impressed me the most with front.

their lips and LF 1 improvement was subtle and natural looking.
