saggy skin under cheekbones

My skin somehow looks so much worse in the red highlighted area, it looks very saggy compared to my face and the coloring is slightly off and more reddish. I fucking hate it really empathizes on my shit under eye support, flat zygos and it makes my smile lines way more visible . I want to think it's because of a recessed maxilla but lmk.

I ahve the same but it give me eyebags aswell, Its genetics for me, my malar fat pads are wide and are lowset
