Is there a Technique to fix sailor ears without Surgery?

Never heard of "sailor ears" before, but most likely not fixable without surgery.

Otoplasty is the surgery, also EarFold technique exists. Temporary solution is Otostick.

unless its too dumbo-like, it could be a slight halo/cute feature to girls if your face is good enough.

I personally wouldnt worry about it much. If you have to worry about this, theres something wrong with your face. You arent incel because of your ears.
