Salicylic acid worsened my skin a lot

I started using an acne safe salicylic acid cleanser a good 3 weeks ago to control my pimples which i had max 3-4 spots now my whole face is covered in it and its irritated. I dont think ts a purge gang im worried. Aftwr 2 years my acne was finally clearing up back to the starting point almost🥀

normal to purge after eliminating proccesed sugar from diet or no?

Just eat close to nature and dont eat leafy greens, nuts, or grains.

tbh this can be a good suggestion for people who have digestive problems with ATIs, gluten, refined sugar and other antinutrients etc but most people are completely fine. acne is mostly an hormonal caused problem

i had almost no acne until i started using the product and i actually locked in on mu diet and stopped having cheatmeals a month ago
salicylic acid is fat soluble, it goes in your pores and it strips away oil from it, its not suitable for people with dry skin, or at least should not be done very frequently and you should apply moisturizer after it. cant tell for certain in your case what is causing the acne but if its salicylic acid causing it maybe try stop using it and see how it goes

Ive been having checks and my hormones are perfect man.. if what im going through puberty im 16 but what can i do..
everybody is different its hard to find the perfect range of x or y hormones for everyone, i know i said its purely hormonal but other stuff do cause it. salicylic acid might be stripping away too much oil and your body might be making more of it to compensate, maybe diet or maybe its even dirty pillows and hygiene related

4 Eggs
Ground beef

Midday
Lots of pasta w tomatoes (perfect for bulking, healthy)
Ground beef
Fruits

Night
Cottage cheese w honey

I cook everything in butter

I cook everything in butter
Honey is basically high fruc corn syrup. You dont NEED to cut this out but limit to 1/2 a Table spoon.
Oatmeal is literally a seed grain, 0 nutrional value. Stop eating this.
Pasta is Gluten, again a seed/grain terrible for you.
Fruits? Can you be more specific, most fruits are OK but I would stay away from bananas (since theyre man made)
Cottage cheese, just eat plain raw yogurt (or at the very least low temp pasturized since lactate (hormone that helps break down lactose) is intact). The problem is cottage cheese always has salt added in.
Butters fine though

My diet is not the problem and my test level is at 780 at 16. As i mentioned above i had little to no acne althrough my diet was worser and i ate mcdonalds and chocolates w my friends daily
