Nah I drink 4l and I aint really debloated even tho u piss out electrolyted I drink like 1l in morning then like 2 liters during training rest throughout day and I eat 10k pottasium a day with 4-5g saltSalt bloat is real, just limit it a bit. They say no more than 6g a day, but u should obv go for less if you want to be more debloated.
Spam potassium foods too and just don't drink too much water. Some retards will tell u to drink 4L+ and you WILL get bloated asf.
If your pee is clear all the time and you're pissing every 5 seconds, then its a sign of overhydration and your face will look bloated after pissing all your electrolytes out.
