Here's a takedown of Sane's claims.
1. "Don't equate "whites" with "MENA"
Response: First thing's first. Why are YOU using vague terms like "white" and "MENA"? These are ill-defined, essentialist terms. The term "MENA" equates the "Middle East" with "North Africa". First of all, there is quite some differentiation between the Arabian Peninsula and other than it. In fact, some studies make a distinction between the "region" by separating it into "West Asia" or "Northwest Asia" ("Middle East" excluding Arabia) and the "Middle East" or "Southwest Asia" (Arabian Peninsula). There is nuance BETWEEN West Asian regions, but an Iranian and Lebanese are rather close; a Lebanese is genetically closer to an Iranian than he is to a Yemeni.
Arabia isn't particularly close to the Maghrebi countries genetically and West Asia is even more distant. Egypt takes an intermediate position between all of these places however.
West Asia is genetically closer to EUROPE and ESPECIALLY Mediterranean Europe than to the Maghreb.
So if we can't equate BETWEEN the parts of the Mediterranean, we ALSO ought not to do so BETWEEN West Asia, between Arabia and between the Maghreb given genetic distances.
Also, why are YOU equating a Greek (from Greece; don't know his stance on "Greek" Cypriots) with an Englishman?
Interesting that you use the term "white" to describe all inhabitants of the malleable concept of "Europe" when Greeks and most Mediterranean Europeans overlap in terms of skin tone with various West Asians but NOT with the UK. Much of the "Middle East" is 1 shade darker than Mediterranean Europe but is 3 shades darker than the most Northern of Northern Europe. Of course Mediterranean Africa is darker than Mediterranean Europe but it ALSO darker than Mediterranean Levant. So why is it "wrong" to link Mediterranean Europeans with Mediterranean Levant but OK to lump in Mediterranean Levantines with Mediterranean Africans?
Because you're a hypocrite.
Quick geography lesson. This is the Mediterranean Sea. Doesn't just include "Europe". I don't even need to edit the map. The Levant or Bilad ash-Sham is CLEARLY IN THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA.
2. You know nothing about genetics.

Let's compare Mediterranean North Africa to Mediterranean Levant
Syrians/Mozabites: FST 0.023
Syrians/Moroccans: FST 0.017
Syrians/Egyptians: 0.005
Lebanese/Mozabites: FST 0.023
Lebanese/Mozabites FST 0.017
Lebanese/Egyptians FST 0.006
Druze/Mozabites: FST 0.03
Druze/Moroccans FST 0.026
Druze/Egyptians FST 0.012
Jordanians/Mozabites: FST 0.019
Jordanians/Moroccans: FST 0.013
Jordanians/Egyptians: FST 0.002
Cypriots/Mozabites: FST 0.025
Cypriots/Mozabites FST 0.021
Cypriots/Egyptians FST 0.007
OK, we see a pattern. Maghrebis are distant from Levantines. Egyptians are less so and that makes sense given its geographical position.
OK then. Let's compare Mediterranean Levant to Mediterranean Europe. Let's have some fun. For the sake of brevity, we will exclude Italy and the Balkans.
Syrians/French: 0.01
Syrians/French Provence: 0.008
Syrians/French Basques: 0.018
Syrians/Spaniards: 0.009
Syrians/Portuguese: 0.008
Syrians/Corsicans: 0.008
Lebanese/French: 0.012
Lebanese/French Provence: 0.01
Lebanese/French Basques: 0.019
Lebanese/Spaniards: 0.01
Lebanese/Portuguese: 0.009
Lebanese/Corsicans: 0.01
Druze/French: 0.016
Druze/French Provence: 0.013
Druze/French Basques: 0.023
Druze/Spaniards: 0.015
Druze/Portuguese: 0.014
Druze/Corsicans: 0.013
Jordanians/French: 0.012
Jordanians/French Provence: 0.01
Jordanians/French Basques: 0.019
Jordanians/Spaniards: 0.01
Jordanians/Portuguese: 0.009
Jordanians/Corsicans: 0.009
Cypriots/French: 0.008
Syrians/French Provence: 0.006
Syrians/French Basques: 0.015
Syrians/Spaniards: 0.006
Syrians/Portuguese: 0.006
Syrians/Corsicans: 0.005
As we can see, Levantines are clearly closer to Mediterranean Europeans than to Mediterranean Africans. Even when we consider Egypt, FST values between Syria and Mediterranean Africa are 0.015. Without Egypt, it's 0.02. Yet between Mediterranean Europe with Basques included, it's ~0.01 and without it's ~0.009. There's no need to even delve into the other populations or to even do values between Italy and the Levant or Greece and the Levant or the Balkans and the Levant since the result is beyond obvious.
3. "Mediterranean Europeans use cheap olive oil!"
Again, just a lack of geographical and climate awareness. Olive oil is UBIQUITOUS THROUGHOUT ALL OF THE MEDITERRANEAN YOU DOLT! It is a staple throughout ALL of the Mediterranean. How can you claim to be Lebanese and NOT KNOW THIS? LEVANTINES USE OLIVE OIL! TURKS OBVIOUSLY USE OLIVE OIL. ALGERIANS USE OLIVE OIL.
Also, I'm pretty sure Italian olive oil is better than the Lebanese variant. Italians don't play around with ingredient quality.
4. "Southern Italians are still white/European but I'm not!"
See map of skin tones for more. Also
Actually Southern Italians (Sicilians in this case) are an admixed European/Middle Eastern population. The Middle Eastern component of Sicilians isn't disputed outside of room temperature IQ types like .is, stormfront or Ashkenazi Zionists (who project).
Incidentally, it is YOU are more distant to a Lebanese person than a Sicilian is. Why? Because the predominant European component in Sicilians is SOUTHERN European and Levantines are less distant to Southern Europeans as opposed to Northern Europeans.
I.E, the FST value between Syrians and Germans is 0.012 vs values between Syrians and French (0.01).
What happens when you mix Southern Europeans with Levantines then? If your European ancestry is of ENGLISH origin, that makes you mixed NORTHERN European and Levantine whereas a Sicilian is mixed SOUTHERN European and Levantine. You're more akin to a Bulgarian, Northern Italian or Macedonian Greek as opposed to a Sicilian or Ashkenazi Jew.
According to some evidences, you have blue eyes and a complexion more akin to a Northern Italian. Which is fitting. Because genetically, you pretty much ARE a Northern Italian.
This is just ignorance on your part.

Genome-wide analysis of Corsican population reveals a close affinity with Northern and Central Italy - Scientific Reports
Despite being the fourth largest island in the Mediterranean basin, the genetic variation of Corsica has not been explored as exhaustively as Sardinia, which is situated only 11 km South. However, it is likely that the populations of the two islands shared, at least in part, similar demographic...
