Sane is genetically akin to a Bulgarian.
A Bulgarian has notable Anatolian/Levantine/Caucasian ancestry but is predominantly Northern/Eastern European with a Southern European component. English people are predominantly Northern European with small combined Southern European component and a smaller Anatolian component. Lebanese are PREDOMINANTLY Anatolian/Levantine/Caucasian with small European components and a notable, but small Natufian component. Adding the two creates a Balkan like population. Sane would cluster more with a Macedonian/Albanian/Thessalian/Bulgarian than a Lebanese.
