Both man, and yeah I know extractions cause this and that but I don't think that's true if it's in combination with surgery and ur an adult. It will only make me have a bigger bsso (which I need)

Are you getting just BSSO or a Lefort 1 as well? It’s true that premolar extractions cause boneloss but the BSSO advancement should more then make up for it.

I'm getting everything basically. SARPE now and after braces BSSO ccw, small lefort 1 + impaction and probably genio aswell.
