SAUCE FOR MY LOOKSMAXXING PROGRESSION (2 YEARS) -> MID LTN TO LOW HTN(ish)

Sup incels.

I recently found out about org but have been inadvertently looksmaxxing for the past 2 years ish or so. Here's what I looked like 2 years ago:

OKAY #1:

Literally fix your diet. Gut health is so fucking important its not even funny. Start eating real foods and stop eating packaged ramen for all your meals. High protein is important (atl 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight). CUT OUT processed sugars and food - bye bye sodas, packaged chips, takis whatever it is. This all will help you debloat immensely.

By no means am I saying to eat sub 1500 calories a day. That's absurd and you're gonna look like Christian Bale in the Machinist. Go online and find how many calories you need to maintain your weight. If you want to lose a couple lb, maybe take 200-300 calories off the table - THAT SHOULD BE YOUR DAILY CONSUMPTION.

Finally this will bring out your bone structure. Helped me with showing my zygos which you can kinda see in the pics attached.

#2:
Exercise atl 4-5 times a week. Heavy. Cardio, weight-lifting, intense shit. Beyond helping with physique etc., this was insanely helpful for me because it gave me something to do. Instead of fucking gooning all day, I had a commitment to make and made sure to stick to it. Sticking to a routine is pertinent.

#3. Figure out your hairtype. I'm still working on this but I realized short hair + side part wasn't cutting it for me. Grew my hair out and actually took care of it. Hair masks, maybe putting rosemary oil in it every 2 weeks ish, and finallly minox IF you have issues with hair loss.

#4:
Shave excessive facial hair. Trust me bro your "mustache" looks like a pedostache and is fucking disgusting. Shave off your neck beard and atleast see what you look like. If you debloat + are clean shaven, odds are the pronounced bone structure + lean face would suit you. If not, a light stubble could also work.
If you need to get your eyebrows done or smth go do it. Nobody likes a fucking unibrow its digusting. Shave that shit off and get it outsourced by a salon (it's cheap as shit like 15 bucks + only needs to be done every couple weeks). If that's too much learn to thread your eyebrows and remove excessive hair.

Honestly just that by itself should help you ascend atl a tier as it did for me (LTN -> MTN, MTN -> HTN, etc). Still working on everything tho.

You look alright but this advice is so common and in no way unique. Every sentence in this post has been plastered thousands of times on here and said on tiktok just as much.

I would advise you to try tiktok but I'm not sure you're good looking enough for that.

Not that you're bad looking, but tiktok standards are very high.

What goes through your mind? Your face is so uncharacteristic. There are millions of you. Millions more to come. So why worry? Why stress? You'll never be special. Up there with the likes of Delon.

Looks aren't your forté. And it doesn't seem as if you're an intellect.

My advice to you is to avoid stress. Return to nature. Find a wife and have kids. Know who you really are, because if this cant possibly be you. In nature, no human acts like you are.
