some like relaxation stress relief improved blood circulation skin benefits but if your talking about HGH release then your not gonna get that much because hot tub temperature is wayy lower than sauna and doesnt provide the same heat stress to cause massive HGH release it might cause a minor increase but there are far less studies on hot tub and HGH release than on sauna

it’s not cope if you go in for 30 minutes 5-10 mins rest out then 30 mins again multiple times

How will sauna help with ascending
it increases igf more than sprinting ive seen people who do it everyday & gain bone mass
though if ur lazy just inject hgh

Your Body releases hgh for igf1 only to repair the damage and Stress your Body has got through sprinting

The hgh will Not be used for bone growth

hgh isn’t spot induced, it acts systematically not locally.

you couldn’t inject hgh into your growth plates and grow more than if you did in ur stomach

Yeah its a + - 0 since hgh will be used to repair the Muscles so the hgh you would have gained would be gone if its the hgh that comes from sprinting or thats already in your Body doesnt matter you will still don’t Get more igf 1 for bones

If it's too easy then it doesn't work, otherwise everyone would be walking around with top tier browridges

Plus think about how many times you had hot baths in your life and still didn't get the results you want it to give you now
