An infection isn't a surgeons "mistake" - it's a known complication. It's not only justifiable, it's expected to happen numerous times over every surgeons career. Maybe 1-3 times per year if the surgeon is really busy. All experienced surgeons have complications, if they say they dont they either never did many implants or they are a liar.

i was doing rf in a clinic and this doc kept telling me about the potential I have if I did chin and zygo fillers when I told him it might migrate he said he got a “good” type of filler that dosnt migrate and then said even if it did he can just dissolve it

thats country based. turkish surgeons dont give a fuck about their patients as they are legally protected by the law. not saying every turkish one is like that, I just heard so many stories about botches and not responding/blocking clients and not giving a fuck. If a ramieri for example fucks you up, u will 100% get an option for revision (he even offered a guy one after a 2mm genio setback)
