plastic surgeon who specializes in maxiofacial surgery he says he can perform bimax and genio plasty at the same time he’s not known here tho and I’m assuming 16k total but I’ll use insurance for my malloclusion and my parents will probably help me pay

U get braces for pre surgery so the bite becomes good then braces after surgery to make sure everything stays together and my bite isn’t fixed because I am going to orthodontist that works with the surgeon for the jaw surgery process
