I literally had insane urges to eat it, like and I was gonna fucking bite into it too but I was in a hurry

Also it might have died from poisoning too so if I ate that I'd prob get the rat poison in my body too

This questino is irrelevant . Ramirez was a defective apparatus. A machine laboring under a false programme. He would not eat the rat for fuel, but for the act in itself. A rite of proof of his own defect. His eating was a form of defilement. Not power. It was everything opposed to control. It was a sign of a surrender to the defect. You are asking the wrong question.
