I was jogging in the nearby park today for leanmaxxing and saw a guy who was around 20 and barely came to my chest I am 6'3 so he would be around 5'3-5'4 but the thing that was absolutely repulsive were his shoulders they were literally so short that they were almost half the size of mine I really felt sorry for him at that time because I doubt he would ever even get married
Having a short frame imo is even worse than short height it just kills your dominance and power
