Why wouldn't it mean that? On app i use every like is like tinder super like and they have choice to respond or not.

I thought it's ai by the third pic before even posting, but her hands are normal(I mean looks as hands of 24 yo women) so for me it's seem like she redacted her face in some app(which is logical considering she is anorexiacel and insecure). Also ai can't usually create accurate city architecture and especially writings in anything, but English.
