y tongue has become weirdly strong in the last couple of days

I only reason I mew is because it tenses my masseters and makes my submental region appear more aesthetic.

The rest of it is a cope.

It isnt troublesome at all.

Only around the alveolar ridge 100%, I don't have a qualitative before picture or a good memory to compare what else has started to look different than before.

I still do it, but at the moment chewing is my main focus now.
