I took take fin but i’m seriously considering it as even slight recession after the lowering Will be very noticeable.

My current hairloss is at most very minor/stabilized as my wrinkles almost touch my hairline (meaning it couldn’t have been lower in the past as hair doesn’t grow on them). I’m 100% getting on it in my 20s so really i Don’t have a good excuse as sides won’t be less of a problem then Than now.

Forehead wrinkles show where your original hairline was. I have prominent wrinkles when raising my eyebrows but my laxity is also quite good which is necessary for this surgery.

I'm getting grafting done around the scar next year when i reconstruct my temples. Even in a worst case scenario where my scar is highly visable after grafting i'll still have a much easier time frauding with curtains and fringe as the whole hairline will be lower and make wind less of a problem.

The transplant can't make my hairline lower as it would be planted on top of my forehead wrinkles, its one of the reasons you can't lower it with grafting. The second problem is that even if you could transplant on wrinkles i would waste atleast 3 thousand grafts to get anything close to as much lowering and then i've almost depleated my donor area meaning if i bald or thin in the future i'm fucked as even on fin most people will experience some level of hairloss.

You have a lot of room to transplant in the temples and ~1cm in the front before the wrinkle. You have blonde hair so you only need 1500-2000 grafts for full density.

It can raise your eyebrows if you want them to but also lower them if thats what you want, the forehead is held in place by dissolvable shit that attaches to your skull making sure it doensn't move up or down before the scalp is stretched out again.

Hey boss look into RU58841 over fin or dutasteride
It doesn’t destroy DHT in the body, only targets the scalp
And use minoxidil no matter what
