The goal is to scam at least 100M per scam and billions over a short period of time.
The most legit fastest and most effective way I can think of scamming at a top end level is
1. Leveraging influencers.
2. Hacking companies through infiltrating the business from people you train.
1. Leveraging influencers: Scamming is still working. Majority of scammers are your influencers and they seem to get away with it. Their courses, cryptos, masterminds, ponzi schemes, crypto platforms , etc are all making billions of people desperate to get rich.
Your method is to find the wealth influencers that already partake in degeneracy and shady things to make money. You also want them to be protected also to big to fail as the platforms will protect them no matter what.
The influencers need to have a minimum of 10 million followers. They need to be under 30 years old as you get older you become more conservative.
If you have gained the blockchain developer skills you can easily create a crypto rig pull or something even more massive a cryptocurrency exchange rug pull.
You have a choice of scamming businesses, accredited investors or brokey's or all the above.
2. Company infiltration : Now the dudes hiding behind a computer as a hacker or calling agency, the average dude at those Indian companies are making next to nothing as it's just a slave wage job.
Now a top end hacker will master hacking and teach so called ethical hacking and cybersecurity. He can set up his own team from the people he has trained to infiltrate high end crypto platforms, insurance companies, etc. Have these people get out of town into another country right after the rug pull and completely change their identity then rinse and repeat. Basically you master cybersecurity and hacking. Teach both and offer jobs to those you trust most. Run a legit business but on the side, you will have basically double agents rug pulling multi billion dollar companies.
You will most likely have to set up fake profiles and fake identity from the start and these need to be people you personally trained.
Again your company needs to be squeaky clean. Your communications with these people need to be in person or HAM radio for no paper trail. The people that work for you are recorded , real and legit and have no idea about the agency's side dealings. The ones you train will never work for the business and training is off the books completely. You will want to limit the number of people you bring in for liability purposes and basically only do it if a person quits. You will want to hire out a person to do the training for you and eventually never allow the new hires on your team to ever know who you are. If one of these dudes is facing heat then retire him on a remote island.
