Really rough day today, rough week and a rough start of the month. So me not being in the best state of mind i decided to try and end it, and i took like 400 mgs of Hydroxyzine
4 hours in and I’m fighting urge to just roll over and lay asleep. But I’m scared that if I do I’ll stop breathing. Also isn’t isn’t a good sign that it feels like I’m running out of breath and have to take a deep breathe every 5 minutes
Rlly regretting this. Any bros out that tried to rope off overdose but survived? U guys might be able to reassure me or may be some of u have experience with Hydroxyzine idk. Imma only call ER if it gets rlly rlly bad and I genuinely can’t stay awake
