Scared of needles

I'm super super fucking scared of needles. For a few weeks I've had painless injections (reta) and now like 1 week ago I had a little tiny bit of pain when injecting and now I'm super fucking afraid to pin and I just can't get myself to do it and its so fucking frustrating. I was scared to pin a few months ago aswell because I had a shitty injection tehnique and every injection was painful. It's so fucking over lol I've been sitting here for like 30 minutes just trying to get myself to pin

Someone in reddit recommended slapping the shit out of your injection area until you are in really bad pain and then inject JFL

I'm injecting in my glutes since I have more fat there. I fucking pinch the fat, aim the needle, then stare at the fat for 10 seconds and then just have a mental crash out cuz I'm too fucking scared to do it

My ass hole is way too close to the injection area, it would be very risky to try to inject the glute without looking

I've been scared of needles my whole fucking life, everytime I give a blood test my heart starts pounding and the doc always tells me to chill the fuck out . When I was a toddler I screamed like my dick was being cut off with a kitchen knife everytime I had to give a blood test.

But yeah I'll try to pin again now.
