Scared of pinning in my face (Aqaulx / LB)

I want to try Aqualx and obviously you have to pin facially but I've been researching it and it's quite dangerous and risky, especially with the amount of nerves you have in your face. I don't want to accidently paralyze my entire face just so I look a tiny bit less bloated.

For anyone who has injected Aqualx / Lemon Bottle / anything facially can you describe your first expierence and how you prepared for it + how it went? I remember in an old Pneumo post he tried using some sort of pen (no needle) to inject Lemon Bottle, has anyone tried that and could I use that instead?

Learn the anatomy, use a ultra sound if you want to map out the vessels but I've done my own dissolvers, filler, hyaluronidase which is a filler dissolver, and different types of igf-1 local injections. Never had any issues, just make sure to aspirate in order to avoid injecting into an artery and you'll be fine.

i've done over 5+ sessions of aqualyx. it is literally impossible to paralyze your entire face. even if you hit a nerve it is temporary and just minor numbness

There is usage cases that I would say are proper like in alot of asian men who just carry a shit ton of facial fat but 90%+ of people just arent lean enough to truly see hollows and reverting to aqualyx isnt the right choice here, aqualyx permanently destroys the fat pads, the fat pads dont recover.

I prepared with lidcaine, later took some ibuprofen and paracetamol, used a 33g needle i think it was 6 or 8mm not sure, i think 6.

I drew a grid and started from the bottom, at the lower parts i didnt touch any nerves or blood vessels, when i got to the zygo i started feeling some nerves, therefore i went slow and if i feelt one i pulled it back angled it and pushed back in, hitting yhe nerves didnt really hurt when going slow but it was just weird and uncomfy. Dont be worried about nerve damage, atleast with a small needle as the nerves are way bigger than the needle, i specifically choose such a small needle due to the fact i was gonna use it in a higher risk area, which is the lower zygo part.

Overall the actuall execution went well and according to plan so the results also turned out very well and i definitely acended a lot, exept the pain meds and lido was pretty fucking useless, hurt like a bitch and i was in the bathroom for 5 fucking hours of pure doom and despair, do it with an opiate or ketamine imo

Holy shit that 5 hours sounds awful, I've never heard of people having to take opiates for facial injections but I'll keep that in mind. Not really sure where I'd find keta and it's gonna be hard to hide this from my parents but I can probably just do it on a weekend or something.

I'm planning on doing it myself very soon, already ordered. From what I understand from others guides, its extremely hard to actually hit a nerve and if you do just dont inject into it and you will be fine. Always use a 6-8mm syringe and 29-31G, pin at a 45 degree angle and pinch the fat on your face since your nerves are lower than subq

Yeah i also did more than most seem to do, i did just over 7ml for 34 injections total

Youre not getting hollow eyes as its a completely different area, if you think its to much you can just cut and bulk aggressively for a while or get a fat graft, but that seems very unlikely, never heard of anyone becoming too hollow, maybe sounds plausable that it could be an issue when youre 45 jut you could just fix it then if youd like, your fat distrobution genetics still remain the same so youll still put onn fat there if you were to gain weight

neoteny and face fat are beauty standards for women, there is almost no case in which having more face fat looks better on men. also subq fat (which is the layer youre supposed to pin aqualyx) is not a youth indicator. subq fat can even lead to worse age indicators because it does not atrophy with age but sags leading to jowls, softer jawline etc. the face fat you lose is deep fat like buccal fat, i do not recommend buccal fat removal.

Bruh it’s so fuhhh easy Like u won’t hit anything important with a Short needle and its pretty much painless with lidocain

Bump this shits scary, I did localized IGF 1 LR3 injections on the gonion/ramus because you can feel where the central nerve is externally.

Is there anyway to confidently map the nerves apart from a reference image?

@hej1377 did you make a rough outline of the nerves? Or just free ball it.

I have a CBCT scan of myself that could help pinpoint the nerves.

2-3 sessions, i did 3-4ml total for the cheeks. but i didnt only do cheeks some sessions i used for my submental under chin fat.
