Scared of Re Starting Accutane

So I first did Accutane 20 mg 3 months my acne was gone but then it overall thinned my hair .Note- I have no history of mpb . Also my brows started falling out and arch part seems thinner now my acne has returned but it's been like 7 months since I stopped Accutane fucking idk what happened is there any supplement to counter these side effects also developed white flakes in face and nose post Accutane.Pls some one medical cel help me I have very less time left before my college starts .
